The window is the heart of this flat. From up here you see the Mediterranean, the rooftops of Torremolinos and the mountains behind, and the light changes all day long. Living area in sand tones and light wood, with a backlit breakfast bar, a round dining table and a comfortable sofa facing a large TV on an extendable arm that you can also turn towards the kitchen. Kitchen with induction hob, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, toaster and blender. There is no oven and no dishwasher: it is set up for breakfasts and simple meals rather than big cooking. The bedroom has a double bed with a handmade Mudéjar-style headboard, softly backlit, and a storage bed base. Bathroom in polished cement with brushed gold fittings and a rainfall shower. Two air-conditioning units with heating (living room and bedroom), ceiling fan, washing machine, fibre WiFi and a lift in the building.

Before arrival you need to complete the online registration: it is required by Spanish law for everyone over 16 and takes two minutes. The flat is for 2 people. There is no oven and no dishwasher. Residential building in the centre of town: quiet hours from 22:00 to 10:00, no parties, no smoking inside the flat. Pets welcome, with a nightly supplement. Beach kit available for guests. If you come by car: free street parking in the surrounding streets (it can take a while to find a spot) and car parks a few minutes away. We will tell you the best option.
