This is an interior ground-floor flat in a residential building with an Andalusian courtyard. Being on the inside it gets little natural light, and in return it stays cool in summer and very quiet: you sleep well here. We fully renovated it in December 2025. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The living room has a sofa bed for two more people, a TV and a table where you can work on your laptop. A kitchen set up for real cooking, plus washing machine, iron and ironing board, which make all the difference on a stay of several weeks. Heat-pump air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, cool in summer and warm in winter. And the best part: your own private patio, for breakfast outdoors or to keep your bikes safe.

Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas. The property is equipped with smart sensors that detect smoke indoors. 🔇 QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM Noise monitoring devices are installed in accordance with local regulations to help control excessive noise. Police calls due to neighbour complaints will be treated as parties, and the same policy will apply. 🔑 KEY RETURN Keys must be returned to the designated location as per the check-out instructions. Failure to comply will incur a €200 fine. 👥 NO ADDITIONAL OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED Access to the property is restricted to the guests included in the reservation. Please contact us in advance if you wish to add or verify additional guests. 🏡 RESIDENTIAL AREA Please be mindful and respectful of the neighbours at all times during your stay. 📶 KEEP WI-FI CONNECTED The router must remain connected at all times to ensure service continuity. Before arrival you need to complete the online registration: it is required by Spanish law for everyone over 16 and takes two minutes. This is an interior ground-floor flat with little natural light. If you are looking for a very bright place, this one isn't for you, and we would rather tell you now. The bathroom is compact and hot water comes from an electric water heater: if several of you shower one after another, leave a few minutes in between. Pets welcome, with a nightly supplement. Free cot on request. No high chair. Residential building: quiet hours from 22:00 to 10:00, no parties. No smoking inside the flat. If you come by car, parking in La Trinidad is difficult. There are paid car parks nearby and we will point you to the easiest one.
