Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property. The whole flat is yours — nothing shared with anyone. Access to the building and the apartment is through electronic locks, allowing completely autonomous entry at any time of day or night. The apartment is on the first floor, up 18 steps with handrails on both sides. There is no lift. The building has direct access to Benalmádena Marina. The seafront promenade, restaurants and the water are literally just around the corner. The apartment has four private terraces: two spacious ones with sun loungers perfect for sunbathing, one glass-enclosed dining terrace overlooking the marina and one terrace off the master bedroom with direct views of the sailboats. For those arriving by car, there is a paid parking just in front of the building, spacious and very convenient.
