The natural spot to share a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Bedroom 1: double bed, with its own private terrace. A quiet corner all to yourselves. Bedroom 2: two single beds. Bedroom 3: single bed and a home office with a height adjustable desk, ideal if you need to work during your stay. Bathroom: full bathroom with a shower. THE BUILDING AND AREA Lift with no steps from the entrance floor. A genuine residential neighbourhood with schools, a couple of cafés on the same street, and a supermarket, pharmacy and local shops close by. A small garden square sits at the end of the road. You’re 10 minutes on foot from the centre, without being on a busy tourist street. Teatro Cervantes is a 10 minute walk, Plaza de la Merced 12, La Rosaleda stadium 15, and the Picasso and Thyssen museums around 15. The beach is 10 minutes by car. Buses and stops are very close, so you won’t need a car to get around. Street parking is available, though a space can take some patience in such a central spot.

Es obligatorio según el Real Decreto 933/2021 hacer registro de todas las personas que se van a alojar. Para ello recibirán link en el que registrarse antes del día de llegada. No se adminten: huespedes adicionales, mascotas, fiestas. Al salir hay que depositar la basura en los contenedores (Orgánica, Vidrios, Envoltorios y Cartón/Papel) que están en la misma calle. Las llaves se dejan segun acordado Si pierden las llaves, por seguridad tendremos que cambiar la cerradura, con gasto de 100€ que tiene que pagar el cliente.
